1. Responsibilities of CSC Coordinator:
* The Coordinator/Project Coordinator/Coordinator/Project Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of the programme under the direct supervision of Project Manager/Project Director of their Organization and the overall guidance of CST lead in the SACS, overseeing capacity building, and ensuring compliance with CSC guidelines and NACP V requirements.
* Establish and maintain linkages with the ART centre, ICTC, PPTCT, NTEP, DSRCs, TIs and other service providers in the district/region
* Develop and support the implementation of the weekly and monthly work plan of CSC
* Support all staff to develop their weekly and monthly work-plan based on programme priorities and targets
* Distribute the operational areas and clients among the ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER to ensure optimal outreach services
* Ensure availability of IEC materials and condoms for distribution at the CSC
* Undertake occasional field visits with or without the ORW/ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER/Peer Counsellor/Health promoter to observe the activities in the field and provide handholding/mentoring support
* Oversee all the M&E activities of the project. Ensure that all the data collected are entered in respective tools on daily basis and verify them on weekly basis to ensure data quality and completion.
* Provide the CSC Unique Identification Number (UID) to all registered clients after verifying details captured in the Client Registration Form (CRF) and supporting documents
* Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports to SACS/DAPCU/DISHA/ARTC
* Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with the CSC team to identify the key issues in the project and initiate the efforts required to address them
* Ensure action taken report within a month for the action points shared by SACS or NACO after their supervisory visits
* Lead advocacy, networking and local resource mobilization activities of the CSC
* In coordination with the accountant, ensure that the financial transactions and expenditure patterns are in accordance with the approved budget
* Facilitate visits from NACO, SACS, Donors and other stakeholders
* Identify the capacity building needs of CSC staff and arrange in-house training ART-CSC Coordination
* Function as the focal-point for ART-CSC Coordination
* Coordinate all the data sharing activities between the ART centre and CSC
* After receiving the line list of LFU/MIS cases from ART centre, validate the information received to check for duplications and errors
* Allocate LFU/MIS tracking assignment to ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER based on the client location and ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER allocation
* Collect evidence for each case tracked and validate the same before submitting the trackback information with the ART centre
* Ensure at least 10% outcome of LFU/MIS tracking submitted by the ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER is validated before submitting the tracker sheet/report to ART centres
* Ensure updates on LFU/MIS cases tracking details are shared with ART centres on a regular basis
* Maintain ART-CSC Coordination meeting related documents including meeting minutes duly signed by the Nodal Officer/SMO/MO of the ART centre and PM of the CSC
* Participate in DAPCU/DISHA and ART coordination meeting to share CSC activities and priorities
* Collaborate with M&E, the finance officer, and ORW/ORW/CLH/HEALTH PROMOTER/Peer Counsellor/Health Promoter to implement and monitor the project effectively.
* Undertake any other Project related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
2. Working hours:
* The organization's working hours will be from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. If required, the employee may have to work beyond regular working hours or on holidays. The employee must always adhere to all policies and regulations of the organization.

3. Work Place:
* The workplace will be in Bhopal district, and the employee will be required to report to the organization's head office (if applicable) as well as the Bhopal CSC office.

4. Salary/Honorarium:
* The employee will receive a fixed salary/honorarium of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per month, payable via cheque or NEFT, after submitting a valid attendance sheet and monthly plan.
* Taxes, as per government regulations, will be deducted from the salary/honorarium, and it will be the employee's responsibility to file their income tax return (if applicable).
* To support effective field implementation and community engagement in line with Global Fund programmatic norms, a monthly travel budget of up to Rs. 2,500 (Maximum Rs. 250 per/day) is allocated. The reimbursement will be made strictly as per the project travel policy and based on actual field movement. CSC Coordinator is expected to undertake a minimum of 10 field travel days per month for community visits, stakeholder coordination (ART/DAPCU/SACS, Other departments etc.), outreach support, and data/report follow-ups.
* The approved travel claim form must be submitted along with the Movement Register/Daily Diary must be duly filled and aligned with the travel claim details, ensuring transparency, verification, and audit compliance.
* To facilitate uninterrupted communication essential for reporting, coordination, monitoring, and field support as required under the Global Fund implementation framework, a fixed communication allowance of Rs. 500 per month shall be provided to all eligible project staff. The allowance covers mobile usage for phone calls, WhatsApp/other messaging platforms, emails, online reporting systems, and mobile internet/data required for project activities.
* The amount will be paid on a fixed-rate basis, and staff will not be required to submit actual mobile or data bills for claiming reimbursement. This allowance is treated as a reimbursable project support cost and not linked to income slab or TDS applicability, as it does not represent additional income but is meant solely for operational communication expenditure.
