Time required for the role: Minimum 8 hours but the candidate should be flexible with extension of clinic hours.
Compensation: 7000/- per month.
Local candidates are highly preferred.

Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and multitasking Center Coordinator to manage daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth experience for our patients. You will be responsible for handling frontline patient tasks, supporting female patients, managing data entries, and maintaining the inventory and cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Care:
Dispense prescribed medications to patients accurately based on doctor instructions.
Administer prescribed injections safely and accurately following clinical guidelines.
Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) for patients in accordance with medical standards.
Provide dedicated guidance, comfort, and assistance to female patients during their visits and check-ups.
Maintain and manage first-aid kits and emergency medical supplies to ensure readiness.

Front Desk & Administration:

Handle daily patient registration, update records, and perform accurate data entry.
Collect patient consultation fees, medication charges, and other clinic payments.
Timely Opening and Closing of clinic as per the schedule.

Inventory & Facility Management:

Monitor and manage medicine stock levels, ensuring timely reordering and zero stock-outs.
Oversee and maintain the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards of the clinic.
Work closely with Pharmacists and other respective persons as per the requirement.
Responsible for delivering daily and weekly closure reports to the assigned supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline. A background or training in nursing, pharmacy assistant, or healthcare management is highly preferred.
Experience: 6 months -1 year of experience working as a coordinator, front-desk executive, or support staff in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center.

Skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office and data entry tools).
Strong communication and empathetic interpersonal skills, especially for patient handling.
Basic knowledge of medicine handling and inventory tracking.
Reading, Writing and understanding of languages like English, Bengali.

Note: Supervisor can assign tasks as per the requirement.
