Job Description (JD) - MIS Executive -Post 01

Position: MIS Executive (preferred Only female candidate)

Reporting to :- Sr. Project manager or District Project manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
3.Generate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or MIS software.
4.Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for management review.
5.Ensure data accuracy and maintain database records.
6.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights.
7.Coordinate with different teams to gather required information.
8.Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports.
9.Identify data discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary Range - 15000/- to 18000/- Per Month + Free accommodation Only

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in Advanced Excel or Data Analytics is preferred.
