Position: Civil Engineer - Watershed Development Project

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of watershed management, soil and water conservation structures, and rural infrastructure development.

Experience: 3-8 years of experience in watershed, natural resource management, irrigation, rural development, MGNREGS, or water conservation projects.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Deputy General Manager (Rural Development) / Program Director.

Key Deliverables:
Timely completion of watershed structures.
Quality assurance of civil works.
Accurate technical estimates and documentation.
Improved groundwater recharge and water conservation outcomes.
Compliance with project and donor requirements.
