Introduction

The Jharkhand Madhu Aajeevika Farmer Producer Company Limited (JMAFPCL), Ranchi functioning under Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, Govt. of Jharkhand has received funds from Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India for implementation the Honey Value Chain Project activities in the State. It is an autonomous body to support in capacity building, strengthening, business development, marketing, and liaising with Govt. Non-Govt. department, private companies, financial institutions and support in recruitment of the FPC staffs.

Block Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor beekeeping and honey production activities in the field
Mobilize farmers and SHG/PG members for cluster development
Organize training and capacity-building programs for farmers
Provide technical guidance and on-ground support to beneficiaries
Support honey collection, aggregation, and market linkage activities
Conduct regular field visits and prepare progress reports
Maintain proper documentation and project records
Coordinate with FPO/FPC teams and other stakeholders including government and NGOs
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authorit
