About Project:
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Contractor shall undertake the complete construction of Four (04) Anganwadi Centres, including all civil, structural, architectural, finishing, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and allied works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and instructions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge.
The objective is to deliver safe, child friendly, durable, functional, and high-quality, seismic resistant Anganwadi buildings suitable for community use, complying with applicable latest Indian Standards (IS Codes), statutory requirements, and good engineering practices.
Project Location:
The proposed Anganwadi Centres shall be constructed at the following villages under Rohat Block, District Pali, Rajasthan:
Goal: To construct 04 Anganwadi Centres as a model of quality Learning Hub to facilitate a holistic development of the children
Objective of the Project:
Specific Objectives
- To construct four (04) child-friendly, safe, inclusive, and disaster-resilient Anganwadi Centres in accordance with approved drawings, BOQ, and applicable Indian Standards (IS Codes).
- To provide adequate infrastructure facilities including learning spaces, kitchen area, child-friendly toilets, drinking water supply, electrification, ventilation, wastewater management, and rainwater harvesting systems.
- To ensure structural durability, quality workmanship, and use of approved materials through systematic quality control and supervision.
- To create a healthy and hygienic environment that supports Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), nutrition services, and community engagement activities.
- To incorporate sustainable construction practices and environmental considerations for long-term operation and maintenance of the facilities.
- To complete the project within the stipulated timeline while adhering to safety standards, statutory requirements, and donor/client expectations.
Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to undertake the complete construction of four Anganwadi Centres at designated villages under Rohat Block, District Pali, Rajasthan, and develop them as model learning and development centres for children. The assignment includes execution of all civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, water supply, wastewater disposal, rainwater harvesting, finishing, and allied works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and instructions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge. The project aims to provide durable, functional, safe, and child-centric infrastructure that enhances the delivery of Anganwadi services and contributes to the overall well-being and development of children and the community.

Requirement: Bal Raksha Bharat Rohat office is looking for a competent individual or agency to undertake the assignment who will be able to take the feedback from Bal Raksha Bharat.
Terms & Conditions;
- Individual consultant or agency must have previous experience in dealing with the same nature of work of construction/renovation/painting/illustration work.
- The infra work should not be compromised on quality. The work should be strong that will last long unless there is some natural or man-made destruction or wall loose its strength due to some internal unknown factors.
- High quality materials to be used as per specifications given by Bal Raksha Bharat.
- The appearance of the work should be noticeably visible and captivating
- Bal Raksha Bharat will provide point of contact in advance before starting the assignment on ground.
- Contractor shall coordinate with the Engineer-in-charge and accommodate necessary adjustments or changes during execution, without additional cost unless approved.
- GST certificate is expected in case of falling within the financial framework of Indian Taxation System.
- Contractor will be required to adhere to the Child Safeguarding Policy and ethnical guidelines.
- Background checks will be undertaken for all applicants
