KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Financial Management: Maintain project accounts, track expenditures, and ensure rigorous budget utilization and monitoring.
-Reporting: Prepare accurate budgets, utilization reports, and financial statements for internal and donor review.
-Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to donor compliance requirements, internal organizational policies, and statutory regulations including TDS, GST, FCRA, PF, and ESI.
-Audits & Procurement: Coordinate statutory and project-specific audits while maintaining flawless procurement records and supporting documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, or an equivalent professional degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in NGO finance and compliance.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and standard accounting software.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience handling donor-funded projects, paired with exceptional documentation and analytical skills.
