Talent Acquisition Manager – Bid Preparation (Junior and Middle Levels)
 
Role Summary
Support recruitment and staffing activities for consulting bids by identifying, screening, and coordinating experts required for national and international development projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen experts for proposals.
  • Maintain and update expert databases.
  • Support staffing of bids funded by World Bank, AfDB, ADB, UNDP, IFC, and other donors.
  • Collect CVs, availability confirmations, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and consultants during proposal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with client and donor requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or proposal staffing.
  • Experience in consulting, engineering, or development sectors preferred.
