Key Responsibilities :
Providing youth pertinent counselling (tele- counselling and face to face counselling) and holistic redressal to young adults.
Providing support to young adults in linking them with needed services i.e. police process , court process, medical & shelter facilities.
Mapping and networking with local service providers (government/voluntary sector/private) and sensitizing them in the area of psycho social wellbeing (mental health)
Documentation of case work, data, analysis and report writing.
Facilitating outreach sessions to build understanding as well as creating awareness about the intervention
Creation of IEC material (visualization and documentation) as per need of the institution or program
Planning, Organizing and implementing youth focused activities
Any other additional responsibilities can be planned according to need.
