1.Capacity Building & Training: Mentors provide on-site demonstrations, bedside teaching, and continuous training to community health workers (CHWs) and local staff. This ensures frontline workers adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
2.Quality Improvement (QI): They introduce practical tools like self-assessment checklists and standardized case sheets, helping local teams identify operational bottlenecks (e.g., supply shortages) and implement team-based problem solving.

Basic Qualification: B.Sc Nursing/ MO (Ayush) with community level health service experiences
