CONTENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)

Background:

UN ORGANISATION India's Individual Giving team is scaling digital acquisition and retention campaigns to drive sustainable donor growth. To enable this expansion, robust data analysis and insight generation are essential to optimize campaign performance and decision-making. While the organization leverages various paid media platforms and CRM tools, there remains a need for dedicated analytical capacity to ensure campaigns are evidence-led, efficiently run, and continuously improved.

Purpose of Assignment:

To support UN ORGANISATION's digital fundraising operations through high-quality data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. The Data Analyst will assist in identifying trends, flagging gaps, and enabling data-informed decision-making to improve donor acquisition and retention campaigns.
