Urgent Hiring: Program Manager | Public Health Programs | Kalyan (Mumbai HQ)
Bharat HR Services is facilitating recruitment for a Global HealthTech Social Enterprise working to improve healthcare access across underserved communities in India.
This is a program implementation and field management role (not a sales position), involving team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and execution of community-based public health programs.
Position Details:
Position: Program Manager
Location: Kalyan (Mumbai HQ)
Number of Openings: 4
Compensation: Up to Rs.4.5 LPA (Based on experience)
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will lead field implementation of public health initiatives while managing a team of Area Health Educators. The role requires close coordination with healthcare providers, pharmacies, community stakeholders, and local government agencies to ensure smooth program execution and achievement of operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of 5–20 Area Health Educators (AHEs).
• Conduct structured performance reviews and provide regular guidance to field teams.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of community health programs and public health campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Monitor program quality and ensure timely execution of field activities.
• Maintain accurate reporting and program documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy with an error rate below 5%.
• Resolve field-level operational issues within 24 hours.
• Support planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of program activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate degree is mandatory (Master's degree preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementing or managing Public Health Programs is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Filters), MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Must own a Two-Wheeler, Laptop, and Smartphone.
• Good communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Interview Note: Candidates are required to bring their own laptop for the interview, as a practical assessment may be conducted.

• Strong ownership of program outcomes.
• Ability to independently manage field operations.
• Excellent communication and reporting discipline.
• Comfortable working in dynamic field environments.
Preference Criteria:
• Candidates residing in or around Kalyan will be given strong preference.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates willing to work within the offered salary range will be preferred.
