• Maintain and update project databases, trackers, and dashboards
• Compile field data into structured formats (Excel/Google Sheets/PPT) for reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate data flow between field sites and the head office
• Travel to project sites to capture high-quality photographs and videos documenting project progress and impact
• Edit and produce short documentaries, project films, and social media content
• Script and produce voice-overs (including use of AI voice tools) and subtitles, primarily in Hindi/English
• Manage a media library of raw and edited footage for ongoing and future use
Who We're Looking For:
• A young professional (fresher or 1–3 years' experience) with a learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Willing to travel extensively to project sites across India
• Comfortable working independently in field conditions
• Efficient in photography and videography — able to independently capture clear, well-composed project progress photos and videos on-site
• Proficient in video editing software.
• Efficient computer user — strong working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and other documentation applications.
• Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn, AI tools for content creation (e.g., AI voice generation, scriptwriting assistance, editing tools)
• Very Good communication skills in both English and Hindi, written and spoken
• A graduate in any discipline; background in mass communication, development studies, environment or IT will be an added advantage.
What We Offer:
• An opportunity to work closely with communities and see grassroots impact first-hand
• Exposure to end-to-end project management and CSR documentation processes
• A collaborative, learning-oriented work environment
• Monthly stipend of INR 20,000–25,000, based on experience (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
