Project title: Improvement and accessibility to services on the Sexual, Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and allied issues in the Sundarbans region bordering Bangladesh through the Girls’ Federations
Project objective: Empowering the community on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights & allied issues through Awareness, Action, Advocacy and Access by the participatory action of the Girls’ Federation in aligned with the respective SDGs

Position vacant:
2 Senior Field Trainer (Female candidate only); Candidate from Basirhar Sub – division jurisdiction will be preferred
11 Field Supervisors (Female 10 & Male 1): Candidates from Minakhan, Basirhat-II, Sandeshkhali-I, Hasnabad and Hinganganj Blocks will be preferred;
Role: We are seeking a motivated Trainers and Supervisors to lead and manage the groups of adolescent children (majority of girls), women’s group, a range of stakeholders

Responsibilities for Senior Field Trainer
? To prepare TLMs of the trainings and sessions for the Project staff and Animators;
? To arrange and conduct all the trainings and sessions with the Project staff and Animators;
? To prepare TLMs of the workshops for the adolescent girls and women;
? To support and guide Field Supervisors and Animators for conduction of trainings, sessions, meetings and village level activities.
? To maintain rapport with the stakeholders;
? To prepare reports of all the activities conducted;
? To submit bills and vouchers of the activities conducted;
? Report to the Project Coordinator;
Qualifications for Senior Field Trainer:
? Graduation (Humanity) with the experience of like job responsibilities of at least 3 years
? Sound knowledge of MS Office

Desirables:
• Leadership and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of social issues
• Communicative English & Hindi with Bengali as native language
• Flexible to travel to the project locations & district administration

CTC: Approx. 22000.00 INR per month

Responsibilities for Field Supervisor
? To nurture adolescent girls, boys and community women at village level along with the Animator;
? To arrange and conduct the sessions and meetings at village level;
? To maintain rapport with local, Gram Panchayat and Block level stakeholders;
? To organize all the community events like awareness campaigns, trainings, etc. in the village;
? To conduct home visit;
? To prepare reports of all the field level activities;
? To submit bills and vouchers of the field level activities;
? Report to the Project Coordinator;
Qualifications for Field Supervisor:
? Graduation (Humanity) with the experience of like job responsibilities of at least 1 - 2 years
Desirables:
• Leadership and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of social issues
• Flexible to travel to the project locations & Block level offices

CTC: Approx. 14000.00 INR per month

Work location: Blocks under the Basirhat Sub – division (District: North 24 Parganas, West Bengal)
