BOLANGIR NETWORK FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV& AIDS (BNP+) is working in the field of HIV/AIDS and upliftment of People living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) in Balangir district invites applications from suitable candidates for the following vacant posts on a contractual basis for the Support Center (CSC) Project at Balangir for people living with HIV (PLHIV), under with support from NACO & OSACS.

1. PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR: 1 Position based at Balangir office.

Key functions:
• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of the programme under the guidance of the Project Director.

Specific roles and responsibilities of PC:
• Establish and maintain linkages with the ART center, ICTC, PPTCT, DOTS, STI clinics, TIS and other service providers in the district/ region.
• Develop and support the implementation of the weekly and monthly work plan of CSC
• Support all staff to develop their weekly and monthly work plan based on programmed priorities and targets.
• Distribute the operational area and clients among the ORWs to ensure optimal outreach services
• Ensure availability of IEC materials and condoms for distribution at the CSC.
• Undertake occasional field visits with or without the ORW/Peer Counsellor to observe the activities in the field and provide handholding support.
• Oversee all the M&E activities of the project. Ensure that all the data collected is entered in respective tools on a daily basis and verify them on a weekly basis to ensure data quality.
• Provide the CSC Unique Identification Number (UID) to all registered clients after verifying details captured in the Client Registration Form (CRF) and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly and monthly reports to SR/DAPCU/ARTC
• Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with the CSC team to identify the key issues in the project and initiate the efforts required to address them.
• Ensure action taken report is submitted within a month for the action points shared by the SR/PR/SACS or NACO after their supervisory visits.
• Lead advocacy, networking and local resource mobilization activities of the CSC.
• In coordination with the accountant, ensure that the financial transactions and expenditure patterns are in accordance with the approved budget.
• Facilitate visits from NACO, SACS, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify the capacity building needs of CSC staff and arrange in-house training.
• ART-CSC Coordination: Function as the focal point for ART-CSC Coordination
• Coordinate all the data sharing activities between the ART center and CSC
• After receiving the line list of LFU/MIS cases from the ART center, validate the information received to check duplications and errors.
• Allocate LFU/MIS tracking assignment to ORWs based on the client location and ORW allocation.
• Collect evidence for each case tracked and validate the same before submitting the track-back information with the ART center.
• Ensure at least 10% of the outcomes of LFU/MIS tracking submitted by the ORW are validated before submitting the tracker sheet/report to ART centers.
• Ensure LFU/MIS case tracking details are shared with ART centers regularly.
• Maintain ART-CSC Coordination meeting-related documents including meeting minutes duly signed by the Nodal Officer/SMO/ MO of the ART center.
• Participate in DAPCU and ART coordination meetings to represent CSC
Qualifications and Experience for Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator: Post graduate (Master in Social Work (MSW) candidate will be given priority) with two years of relevant experience, or graduate with more than three years of experience in HIV programming, and Computer Knowledge is essential for the above position. Candidate should have PGDCA/O’ Level/A’ l etc.
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- Per Month and Travel as admissible.
Operational Area: ARTC catchment area.
Essential for all posts:-
1. Own a two-wheeler by name (Need to submit the copy of RC)
2. Valid Driving License
3. Having Own Smart Phone in Good Condition.
