Healthy Aging India is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting healthy, active, and dignified ageing through healthcare, psychosocial support, community engagement, and sustainable social welfare initiatives. BSES Seniors’ Abode is a residential elder care facility providing holistic care and rehabilitation for senior citizens.
Position Summary:
The Marketing & Fundraising Executive will be responsible for strengthening Healthy Aging India’s visibility, building strategic partnerships, mobilizing resources, and supporting fundraising efforts for organizational initiatives.
The role involves CSR engagement, donor relationship management, proposal development, digital marketing, event promotion, and corporate partnerships while supporting communication and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization:
* Identify and approach potential CSR partners, corporate donors, trusts, foundations, and individual philanthropists.
* Prepare customized CSR proposals, concept notes, funding applications, and grant submissions.
* Support donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship initiatives.
* Maintain a pipeline of prospective funding opportunities and donor databases.
* Coordinate fundraising campaigns and resource mobilization initiatives.
2. CSR & Corporate Partnerships:
* Develop and maintain relationships with CSR teams and corporate partners.
* Coordinate CSR meetings, project presentations, and donor visits.
* Assist in preparing utilization reports, impact reports, and partnership updates.
* Ensure timely communication with existing funding partners.
3. Marketing & Brand Communications:
* Develop marketing strategies to increase organizational visibility.
* Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
* Design promotional materials, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and campaign creatives.
* Coordinate media coverage, awareness campaigns, and public relations activities.
* Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
4. Event Management:
* Coordinate donor events, fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and community engagement programs.
* Support planning and execution of health camps, celebrations, volunteer events, and CSR activities.
* Coordinate event branding, photography, videography, and documentation.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain donor records, CSR databases, and communication logs.
* Develop annual reports, newsletters, case studies, and impact stories.
* Document organizational achievements and program outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Coordinate with corporate volunteers, educational institutions, NGOs, media agencies, and community partners.
* Build long-term relationships with supporters and strategic partners.
* Represent Healthy Aging India at networking events, CSR forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
* Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA, Social Work, or Development Management is desirable.
Experience:
* 6–10 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, business development, marketing, communications, NGO management, or corporate partnerships.
* Experience in proposal writing and donor management will be preferred.
