About Niyatee Foundation
Niyatee Foundation is a development organization working in the areas of education, community development, women empowerment, youth skill development, and sustainable livelihoods. Under the TPCODL MBC Project, the organization is strengthening project monitoring, documentation, and data management systems at the field level.

Job Purpose
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate project data, preparing MIS reports, supporting documentation activities, and assisting the project team in effective data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update project-related data in MIS/database systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain beneficiary records and field activity data.
• Generate Excel-based reports, summaries, and dashboards.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for review meetings and project reporting.
• Coordinate with field staff for data collection and clarification.
• Maintain proper filing of both hard and soft copies of project documents.
• Support administrative and documentation-related tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of project data.

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, MIS, reporting, or administrative support.
• Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
• Knowledge of Odia and English typing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in NGO, CSR, or development sector projects.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
