Specific Location: Flexible/Remote (Preferably Based In Delhi)
Essential:
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Nutrition, Agriculture, Food Systems, Development Studies, Sociology, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in policy research, applied research, technical advocacy, government engagement, or strategy.
Experience and Skills
• Strong Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to conduct independent research, synthesise complex information, analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence, and produce high-quality reports.
Policy Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of India's food systems, nutrition and public policy landscape.
Technical Communication: Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce policy briefs, consultation responses, evidence briefs, case studies and strategic learning documents.
Intersectional Perspective: Ability to connect the dots between animal welfare, human nutrition, climate resilience, agriculture and public policy.
Research & Strategy: Experience developing research frameworks, analysing implementation experiences, and translating evidence into practical recommendations.
Institutional Engagement: Experience working with public institutions, government bodies, research organisations or NGOs in a research, advisory or policy capacity.
