Position: MIS Coordinator – 1
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Reporting To: Project Lead – Education
Location: Bhubaneswar

Qualification: Graduate in computer science or any relevant discipline.

Role and Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the project MIS/database to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry from all project locations.
• Coordinate with field staff for data collection, verification, and validation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and donor-specific MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reporting formats.
• Monitor data quality, consistency, and confidentiality across the project.
• Analyze project data and generate insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support project teams in resolving MIS-related issues and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records of project data.

Candidate Specification
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or project reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards and maintaining databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Experience in the NGO/development sector will be an added advantage.
