Job Title: Training coordinator (Nurse, BAMS, BHMS, BDS)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh and Kolkata, West Bengal

The position will provide technical support and facilitate the training of government healthcare providers in a program aimed at strengthening reproductive health and family planning services. The position will coordinate with government health officials at the district level for planning and roll out of training sessions, facilitate training sessions, support development of job aids including quality checklists, conduct post-training follow-up and mentoring, and documentation of training.

A healthcare professional qualified with a BSc (Nursing), BAMS, BHMS or BDS degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in public health programs with experience in clinical training, mentoring and coordination with government officials will be well-suited for this role. Experience in similar roles in the reproductive health sector or family planning sector is preferred. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 70% of the time to district and block level training sites as well as other program locations. The salary is in range of Rs.7.5 lacs per annum. Additionally medical insurance and travel allowances as per the norms of the organization will be admissible.
