Prabha Bharti invites applications from dedicated and motivated candidates for the following positions under its community-based development programmes.

1. Counsellor

Location: Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counselling and psychosocial support to beneficiaries.
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
Identify beneficiaries’ needs and provide appropriate guidance and referrals.
Maintain counselling records and reports.
Coordinate with field teams and service providers.
Participate in community awareness and outreach activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
Relevant experience in counselling or social-sector programmes will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work with communities.

2. Field Worker

Location: Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
Mobilize and engage community members and beneficiaries.
Support implementation of project activities at the field level.
Maintain beneficiary records and field documentation.
Assist in awareness programmes, meetings, camps and community events.
Coordinate with community stakeholders and the project team.
Submit regular field reports and updates.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Graduate qualification preferred.
Experience in NGO/social-sector or community development programmes will be an advantage.
Good communication and community mobilization skills.
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Salary

?10,000 – ?17,000 per month, depending on qualification, relevant experience, skills and project requirements.
