Job Title - Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the Program.
2. Liaise with senior officials, beneficiaries, trainers, dieticians, and external partners.
3. Monitor training schedules, different activities, and participation.
4. Ensure timely availability and maintenance of equipment and training infrastructure.
5. Maintain beneficiary records, attendance, progress reports, and project documentation.
6. Coordinate for travel and logistics arrangements of beneficiaries.
7. Organize meetings, review sessions, orientation programs, and stakeholder interactions.
8. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final project reports for management and CSR partners.
10. Support impact assessment, data collection, photography, videography, and success story documentation.
11. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project SOPs.
12. The role involves frequent travel for beneficiary coordination, competition support, stakeholder meetings, monitoring visits, reporting activities, and project implementation across project locations.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Physical Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination/ implementation
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and relevant software
5. Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
6. Willingness to travel locally and PAN India as required
