Job Title – Junior Accounts Executive

Job Description – Work from Hyderabad Office is Mandatory.

• Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records; record daily transactions in Tally; reconcile bank statements.
• Financial reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries for management and donors.
• Budget support: Assist in drafting budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
• Compliance: Ensure timely filing of statutory returns ESI, PF PT & TDS, maintain documentation for audits, and support donor reporting requirements.
• Administrative support: Handle office correspondence, maintain records, assist with scheduling, and support procurement of office supplies.
• Coordination: Liaise with program staff to track project expenses and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts management (NGO or small business preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally,).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, email).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi and local language.

Eligibility Criteria -
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts management (NGO or small business preferred
