Project Location: Purba Medinipur (East Midnapur) & Paschim Medinipur (West Midnapur), West Bengal

The Bengal Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (BNP+) is a leading state-level community-based organization working to improve the quality of life of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations through HIV prevention, treatment, care, support, advocacy, social protection, and community empowerment.
BNP+ has been awarded the MSM/TG Core Composite Targeted Intervention (TI) Project by the West Bengal State AIDS Prevention & Control Society (WBSAP&CS) under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP-V) for implementation in Purba Medinipur and Paschim Medinipur Districts. The project aims to strengthen community-led HIV prevention, improve access to comprehensive healthcare services, reduce stigma and discrimination, and promote the health and well-being of Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) and Transgender (TG) communities through rights-based, inclusive interventions.
BNP+ invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and committed professionals for the following positions:

1. Project Manager (01 Position)
Salary: 21,000/- per month
Age: 18–40 years
Essential Qualification
• Postgraduate Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Public Health, Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or public health programme management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, documentation, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall planning, implementation, supervision, and management of the TI Project.
• Ensure compliance with NACP-V and WBSAP&CS guidelines.
• Supervise project staff and monitor programme performance.
• Strengthen coordination with government departments, healthcare facilities, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure quality reporting, documentation, budgeting, advocacy, and project monitoring.

2. Counsellor (01 Position)
Salary: 16,000/- per month
Age: 18–40 years
Essential Qualification
• Graduate in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience in counselling, HIV/AIDS, public health, or community-based programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group counselling.
• Conduct Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) sessions.
• Facilitate referrals to ICTC, ART, STI, TB, and social welfare services.
• Maintain counselling documentation and programme records.
• Support community outreach and advocacy activities.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) cum Accountant (01 Position)
Salary: 16,000/- per month
Age: 18–40 years
Essential Qualification
• Graduate in Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, financial management, MIS, and documentation.
• Experience in NGO or public health projects is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain project accounts and financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, utilization certificates, and expenditure reports.
• Manage programme MIS and reporting.
• Monitor programme indicators and support audits and documentation.
• Maintain inventory and project databases.

4. Outreach Worker (ORW) – 02 Positions
Salary: 10,500/- per month
Age: 18–35 years
Essential Qualification
• Minimum Secondary (10th Pass).
• Good knowledge of the local community and local language.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the MSM community.
• Experienced Peer Educators (minimum three years) who can read and write may also be considered.
• Candidates from MSM and TG communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct community outreach and hotspot-based interventions.
• Supervise Peer Educators and implement outreach micro-plans.
• Mobilize community members for HIV testing, STI services, ART, TB, and social protection schemes.
• Maintain outreach records and support crisis response, advocacy, and community engagement.
• Participate in programme reviews and monitoring activities.
