Durbar Mahila Samanwaya Committee invites application for the following posts for Targeted Intervention Project among FSWs:

Project Manager (01 Post)

Location: Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal

Qualification: Post graduate in social science with good oral and written skill in English and at least two years working experience in development/health sector with marginalized communities. The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge. The remuneration is consolidated Rs. 21,000/- per month.

Counsellor (01 Post)

Location: Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal

Qualification: Post graduate in social science (full-time MSW) with good oral and written skill in English and at least two years working experience in development/health sector with marginalized communities. The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge. The remuneration is consolidated Rs. 16,000/- per month.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Cum Accountant (01 Post)

Location: Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal

Qualification: The candidate must be Commerce Graduate with knowledge of working with Tally and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and having at least two years working experience in finance related/data management among the marginalized communities and familiar with government health policies and programmes. The remuneration is consolidated Rs. 16,000/- per month.

For all the above posts, familiarity with government health policies and programmes, strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry and analysis, report writing, case study compilation along with overall management capacity to monitor, report and guide the team under him/her, will be an essential requirement.
