The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for field-based work in the Chitra Vihar area. This is a contract-based position reporting to the Coordinator.
The selected candidate will work closely with communities to identify children and adults in need of support, facilitate access to social protection schemes, assist with school admissions and vocational training enrolments, and maintain project-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit communities to identify children and adults requiring support.
• Build and maintain rapport with community members and key stakeholders, including schools, vocational training institutes, and government agencies.
• Facilitate linkages with various social protection schemes and welfare services.
• Support school admissions and enrolment in vocational training programmes.
• Assist with project documentation, including data collection, data entry, verification, and updating organizational databases.

Qualifications
Required
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Knowledge of government social protection schemes.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to field-based work.
• High standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

Compensation
Salaam Baalak Trust offers a salary in accordance with applicable labour laws which would be 25,000 Gross. TDS will be deducted as per the norms.
