Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, cash book, bank book, ledgers, and vouchers.
Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and donor financial reports.
Maintain project-wise accounting records and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, EPF, and Income Tax.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain fixed asset and inventory registers.
Assist in budgeting, fund utilization, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with organizational finance, procurement, and donor policies.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, banks, and auditors.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (NGO experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of donor-funded projects and statutory compliance is desirable.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
