Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Trainer to conduct training sessions in computer and programming-related subjects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to teach students effectively through theoretical and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on computer and programming subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Train students in basic to advanced computer concepts.
• Provide hands-on training and project guidance.
• Monitor student performance and maintain attendance and progress records.
• Support students in improving technical and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare training reports and submit regular updates to management.
• Demonstrate agility by taking ownership of newly assigned duties to ensure overall program success.
• Foster an open-minded approach toward cross-project engagement and proactively support diverse teams across the organization.
• Ready to travel for workshops, training programs, field visits, and official assignments.
• Support community mobilization and awareness activities at field locations.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, institutions, and community members for smooth implementation of programs.
• Perform additional organizational responsibilities and assigned tasks whenever required.
• Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment in classrooms and practical labs.
Required Skills
Candidates should have knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• C, C++ and Python Programming
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic Computer Applications, Internet, and Email Handling
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in a Computer-related field
• BCA / PGDCA / O-Level
• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) or B.Sc. in Computer Science
• Or any related computer field
Experience
• 1 to 2 years of teaching/training experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements
• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to local candidates residing in or near Roorkee.

Salary
• CTO - 20000 – 25000/- Salary will be based on qualification, skills, and experience.
