About the Position
SRKPS invites applications from committed and motivated candidates for the position of Coordinator to support the effective implementation of project activities at the community and field level in Ghantiyali, Phalodi.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities at the village and community level.
• Mobilize and engage community members, SHGs and local stakeholders.
• Support implementation of activities related to water conservation, nutrition, food and fodder security and community development.
• Organize community meetings, awareness activities, trainings and other field-level events.
• Conduct regular field visits and support beneficiaries in project activities.
• Maintain field records, attendance, activity documentation and beneficiary information.
• Collect field-level data and support monitoring and reporting activities.
• Document project achievements, challenges, photographs and success stories.
• Coordinate with the Program Officer and other project team members for smooth implementation.
• Support surveys, assessments and monitoring exercises conducted under the project.
• Ensure regular communication between communities and the project team.
• Perform other field and coordination responsibilities assigned by SRKPS.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience will be preferred; fresh graduates with strong field orientation may also apply.
• Good communication and community mobilization skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the local community and willingness to work in rural areas will be an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits within the project area.
