The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the Child Rights & Child Protection Program, with a focus on child rights, child protection, prevention of child marriage and child trafficking, gender equality, community mobilization, case management, and stakeholder coordination.

The role will involve planning and monitoring project activities, supervising Community Social Workers, coordinating with government departments and frontline stakeholders, conducting field monitoring and case follow-up, managing project documentation and MIS, and preparing high-quality reports, case studies, and success stories.

The Project Coordinator will also support trainings, workshops, awareness campaigns, stakeholder meetings, donor reporting, and community interventions, while ensuring timely achievement of project objectives and adherence to safeguarding and rights-based principles.

ANNUAL CTC 2,40,000 (including all benefits) | Kindly note: Local Residence Preference will be given to candidates residing in Howrah District.
