Project Management - (CSR – NGO)
Jr & Sr levels – Asst to Branch Head
Location: Mumbai (Travel across India as required)
Organization: ASRA Foundation
Projects: Multiple – Culture Preservation & Revival, Environment Conservation, Skill Development, Nutrition, Healthcare etc

About the Project
ASRA, in partnership with leading MNC clients, is implementing CSR initiatives to preserve and revive India's endangered traditional jewellery crafts and cultural heritage. Training youth in Retail Sales for the Gems and Jewellery Sector, ME&R, Nutrition for kids in CCI pan-India, supporting artisan communities through research, field engagement, documentation, capacity building, exhibitions, and sustainable livelihood initiatives, to name a few.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and implementing project activities.
• Write project proposals related to the above.
• ME & R on the projects.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on traditional crafts and artisan communities.
• Coordinate with NGOs, Employers, artisans, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support field visits, surveys, and beneficiary documentation.
• Organize workshops, meetings, exhibitions, and project events.
• Maintain project records, MIS, and progress reports.
• Assist in developing presentations, case studies, and communication materials.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
• Assist in coordinating with Media Agencies
• Writing and posting on LI, FB and Insta of on-going events and happenings.
Qualification
• Master /Bachelor's degree in Social Work (MSW/ BSW), Sociology, Rural Development, Humanities, or related disciplines.
• Experience of 1 to 7 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply for Trainee/ Internships with an option to join based on performance after 6 months.
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse communities.
• Passion for social development, culture, and heritage conservation.
• Comfortable using basic AI for better writing of proposals, reports and presentations

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and organizational norms.
