We invite applications for the following position:
Position: Assistant Manager, Monitoring & Coordination
Location: Gurgaon, India
Role:
- Monitoring and Coordination of the field offices towards effective delivery of projects in remote areas and through field offices/partners.
- Regular planning for and tracking & coordination of field activities, and deployment & management of field personnel, providing appropriate guidance for the achievement of related targets
- Documentation of field activities and preparing regular reports on achievements and plan-to-results gap statements.
- Providing regular feedback to the Programs team, and coordinating with it for project planning and achievement of project objectives.
Person Specification:
Candidate should be:
- Post graduate in development or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ of experience in similar profile in the development sector with exposure to grassroots work in rural areas
- Good communication skills and managerial calibre
