We work with communities, government departments, CSR partners, donors and other institutions to implement impactful programmes for underserved and vulnerable communities.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of our Women Empowerment and Skill Development programmes, including initiatives focused on women from minority and underserved communities.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with communities, coordinating programmes, engaging with stakeholders and creating measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of women empowerment and skill development projects.
• Mobilise eligible beneficiaries and ensure timely enrolment in training programmes.
• Monitor beneficiary attendance, participation and training completion.
• Coordinate with trainers, beneficiaries, community representatives and project stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits and community outreach activities within Hyderabad.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, attendance records, beneficiary databases and documentation.
• Support donor and stakeholder reporting, presentations and project reviews.
• Prepare and submit project invoices and follow up on receivables.
• Support preparation of proposals, concept notes and presentations for new projects.
• Coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders for programme-related follow-ups.
• Support workshops, awareness campaigns, stakeholder meetings and community events.
• Maintain and regularly update the Foundation's website and social media platforms.
• Document project achievements, photographs, success stories and impact stories.

Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• BSW / MSW / Social Work / Development Studies will be an advantage.

Experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
o NGO / non-profit sector
o CSR programmes
o Women empowerment
o Skill development
o Community development
o Social-sector project coordination

Skills
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Good report writing and documentation ability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets and Google

Workspace
• Good spoken and written Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake local field travel.

Preferred
• Female candidates with experience in women empowerment programmes are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with minority/community development programmes.
• Prior experience with CSR or government-funded projects.
• Experience in beneficiary mobilisation and training programme coordination.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for local travel.
