Role:

Anchor and oversee the overall planning, setup, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the Creche Initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead programme planning, implementation and coordination with the Foundation, partner teams and frontline functionaries.
Guide the team in village identification, community engagement, creche setup and operationalisation.
Establish systems for supportive supervision, review, capacity building and programme monitoring.
Track creche operations and programme data and ensure timely reporting.
Build a collaborative team culture through regular reviews and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor or Master's degree in any discipline; preferably Social Work.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
5+ years experience in Health, ECCE or Nutrition, including 2+ years managing a team.
Working proficiency in the local language and English.
