Job location- Dhar (Madhya Pradesh)

a)Eligibility criteria
i) Must be in the age group of 30-45 years.
ii) Master’s degree in Social Work/ Social Studies/ Public Health/ Management.
iii) Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of working in an NGO focused on nutrition/ health/ sanitation-related programmes at block/district level.
iv) Experience of managing projects independently in a similar position.
v) Experience in working in district/ blocks inhabited by tribes. .
vi) Good communication skill, especially in English and Hindi.

b) Job responsibility
i) To look into the overall implementation of the projects.
ii) Prepare monthly/ quarterly and annual work plans of the project.
iii) Ensure capacity building of the project staff.
iv) Coordinate with the key stakeholders for necessary support.
v) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports with support of M&E manager and ensure its timely submission.
vi) Undertake field visits to guide the team
vii) To coordinate with donors for necessary compliances.
viii)Organise monthly, quarterly, and annual programme reviews.
ix) To work in tandem with the Accounts and Logistics Manager for transparency in utilisation of funds, generation of UCs and tracking the utilisation of funds under different heads.
x) To monitor the performance of the project team members and take appropriate measures for improving the level of performance of the project staff.

Monthly withdrawn salary not less than Rs. 40,000 per month and ready to join within 15 days after final selection.
