Yeh Ek Soch Foundation (YES Foundation)

Advancing Life Skills, Civic Engagement, and Education in Uttar Pradesh

Yeh Ek Soch Foundation (YES Foundation) is a grassroots non-profit organization committed to bringing about meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children, adolescents, and youth, particularly those from historically marginalized communities. Since 2012, we have worked across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh, focusing on education, life skills, gender equity, and civic engagement to build inclusive and empowered communities.

We are currently implementing a constitutional values-based intervention in Raebareli and Pratapgarh districts of Uttar Pradesh for 3 years, reaching over 1,200 young people. The project integrates constitutional values into young people’s learning through various activities that provide real-life experiences and build their capacity as active youth leaders. It also engages stakeholders and community institutions to participate in the programme for the betterment of society. The programme focuses on strengthening leadership, promoting constitutional values, and connecting young people with real-life experiences through civic engagement.

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and values-driven professionals to join our team across various roles. From project coordination and data analysis to training, facilitation, and grassroots outreach, these roles offer an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a transformative initiative at scale. Our work environment is inclusive, participatory, and impact-oriented, and we welcome individuals who are aligned with our vision and values.

All roles within the project reflect our strong institutional commitment to child safety, including compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) guidelines. We are equally committed to gender-responsive programming and inclusive recruitment practices that encourage diversity and equal opportunity.

Candidates from marginalized communities, women, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. If you are passionate about adolescent empowerment and educational change in Uttar Pradesh, we invite you to explore the available opportunities and become part of this journey.

Note:
All positions are for a fixed term of three years.
Selected candidates will be on a three-month probationary period.
