DVMS operates a residential Ashram called Sabka Ghar Ashram Dausa providing care, food, clothing, medical support, rehabilitation and other basic necessities to destitute persons, persons with disabilities, orphans, elderly persons and other vulnerable individuals.

The Ashram is currently supported substantially through local community donations and crowdfunding. We are looking for a creative and technically capable professional who can help take our work beyond the local community and build a meaningful digital presence, online audience and digital fundraising ecosystem.
We have a regional support base having 4.5K followers on Facebook. We want to enhance and expand our reach to other platforms through a strategic and focused approach.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Media & Communications Executive who can independently manage our digital presence, from capturing stories and activities at the Ashram to creating videos, managing social media, executing digital campaigns and developing strategies that increase our reach, engagement and donor base.

This is a multi-purpose, hands-on role combining:

*Video Editing & Content Production
*Digital Communications
*Online Campaigns
*Content Strategy and Storytelling
*Website Management

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on the ground, capturing real stories and activities, editing content and then taking that content to the right digital audiences.
