Receptionist cum Training Executive for Residential Training Campus at Neemli, Rajasthan

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), a public interest research and advocacy institution, based in Delhi is looking for a Receptionist cum Training Executive for its training institute in Neemli (near Alwar, Rajasthan), about 100 kms and two and half hours from Delhi.

Background:
The institute offers a range of environmental training programmes to policy and decision makers in the government, industry, universities and other professionals and entrepreneurs. The residential facility, surrounded by forests, aims to offer a unique opportunity to connect with the natural environment and use resources sustainably from Delhi.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and service-oriented Receptionist-cum-Training Executive for our residential training institute.

Job description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing the front desk as well as supporting the smooth coordination and administration of training programmes at the institute and handling telephone queries.
• Adept at handling basic computer-based documentation, email correspondence data entry and analysis.
• Support residential arrangements for trainees, as and when required.
• Undertake other administrative and training-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Desired candidate profile:
The candidate should have:
• Graduation in any discipline from a University of repute.
• Must have minimum experience in Facility management for a minimum of 3-4 years.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office, email and internet applications.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong front desk management and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively and responsibly in a residential training environment.

Prior experience in reception, training coordination, hospitality, administration or a similar role will be preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. In-house hostel accommodation facility will be provided to the candidate for stay in the campus.
