Job Description: F&B Trainer

Organization: Ambuja Foundation
Location: Kayad, Rajasthan
Reporting to: SEDI In-Charge
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students in the Front Office domain under skill development or vocational training programs.

Train candidates on topics such as:

Front Office procedures and operations

Guest relations and communication skills

Reservation handling and system usage

Grooming standards and professional etiquette

Customer satisfaction and service quality

Develop training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.

Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and institute training guidelines.

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or a related discipline.

Certification in Training & Development (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Front Office Operations, Guest Relations, or Reservation Department.
