Muktangan Education Trust is looking for energetic and committed professionals to join our Cluster Transformation Project—an ambitious initiative to transform government schools into vibrant learning communities.

About the Project
The School Transformation Project aims to strengthen a cluster of government schools through a holistic school improvement approach by focusing on:

Strengthening school leadership
Building future-ready STEM learning environments
Enhancing classroom teaching and learning
Improving WASH infrastructure and hygiene practices
Creating sustainable systems for school improvement
Your Role
As Mentor, School Transformation, you will be a catalyst for change, working directly with schools to translate ideas into action.

1. Drive School Transformation
Support implementation across eight government schools.
Visit schools regularly to mentor teachers and school leaders.
Facilitate classroom demonstrations and promote engaging STEM learning.
Help schools solve implementation challenges and achieve project milestones.
2. Build Capacity
Support training programmes for teachers and school leaders.
Facilitate cluster meetings, workshops, exposure visits,

3. Strengthen STEM & Innovation
Support the establishment and effective use of STEM Labs.
Promote Computational Thinking, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on classroom experiences.
Help teachers integrate STEM into everyday teaching.
4. Monitor Progress
Collect data and document project outcomes.
Prepare progress reports and implementation updates.
5. Build Partnerships
Work closely with teachers, school leaders, government officials, and project partners.
Coordinate with Block Education Officers and other education stakeholders.
Represent Muktangan during school and community engagements.
Who We Are Looking For

Is organised, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Enjoys field-based work and frequent travel to schools, with the ability to commute independently on a two-wheeler.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is a must.
D.Ed., B.Ed., or a Master’s degree will be an advantage.
Certification in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, Computational Thinking, Design Thinking, or Maker Education is desirable.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in education, STEM, teacher development, or school transformation.
Experience working with government schools or NGOs is preferred.
Experience conducting workshops or teacher training will be an added advantage.
Skills
Knowledge of STEM education, Computational Thinking, inquiry-based learning, and project-based learning.
Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Strong planning, documentation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to schools.
