Outreach Worker (ORW) – Job Description

Qualification:
Minimum education 12th standard
Good knowledge of local language and community
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and in flexible field conditions
Willingness to work at the field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field outreach and build rapport with target populations/HRGs
Prepare and implement micro-plans for assigned hotspots
Support, guide, and supervise Peer Educators
Conduct IPC/BCC sessions on HIV/STI prevention and safer behaviors
Mobilize community members for services and ensure referrals (ICTC, STI, ART, etc.)
Distribute and manage commodities.
Support crisis response and community-level interventions
Maintain field-level data, registers, and records accurately
Ensure timely reporting as per project requirements
Coordinate with local stakeholders and support advocacy activities

Reporting:
Report to Project Manager.
Submit regular field reports on time

Salary:
Salary and travel as per USACS–NACO norms.
10500 per month and travel.
