Language and Learning Foundation (LLF) is a New Delhi-based non-profit organisation working to improve equitable student learning, with a particular focus on language, literacy and foundational learning. We work closely with national and state governments through professional development of teachers and teacher educators, implementation of large-scale programmes, and building and sharing knowledge.
LLF is a system-focused and impact-driven organisation dedicated to addressing the foundational learning crisis in India. Over the past eight years, LLF has contributed to improving foundational learning outcomes for 850,000+ children and classroom processes of 2,50,000+ teachers and teacher educators across eight states. Today, LLF works in partnership with eight state governments across the country.

As part of the next phase of our work in Uttar Pradesh, LLF is expanding its field presence across Chandauli, Chitrakoot and Siddharth Nagar. We are strengthening our district and block-level teams and are looking for passionate and capable professionals who bring relevant experience in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), academic support, teacher development and programme implementation, along with a commitment to improving learning outcomes at scale.
