Organization Overview
ETASHA Society, a not-for-profit organization conducting Vocational Training and Placement programs for empowering youth for successful employment and income generation, seeks Youth Employment Facilitator for projects located in Gurugram, Haryana.

About the Role
The Youth Employment Facilitator will support young people through employability skills training, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support. The role involves working closely with trainees, community members, partner centres, and employers to help youth successfully enter and grow in the organised sector.

Key Responsibilities
1.Facilitating learning of key Employability Skills and ensuring successful placement of trainees after training. Training modules include spoken English, inter and intrapersonal skills, Computers and Internet usage (training in methodology will be given)
2.Coordination with the partner center and updating trainee data in the database.
3.Understanding the targeted communities and trainees' backgrounds through regular interaction with community members and trainees' family members
4.Preparing trainees for interviews and identifying suitable job opportunities for the trainees
5.Interacting with recruiters to get feedback and understand their requirements, as well as to keep abreast of the changes in the job market
6.Mentoring trainees through their learning process for entry, growth and success in the organized sector
7.Reporting on the progress of classes and of the trainees
8.Creating interesting and relevant lesson plans according to the prescribed framework

Qualifications & Experience
*Graduate in any discipline.
*2-4 years of relevant experience.
*Experience in training/facilitation and working with young people from resource-poor communities will be preferred.

Remuneration range is Rs.18, 000 - Rs. 30,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
