About PLAN
PLAN (Participatory Learning and Action Network Foundation) with the approach of collective change, we bring governments, experts, NGOs & academia and citizens to solve solid waste management challenges in cities. One of our bespoke projects, Hilldaari is an initiative supported by Nestle India, implemented by PLAN, and technically supported by RECITY, we are driving collective change and reimagining waste management to reduce carbon emissions across the cities. Core Responsibilities
* Field visits and inspections
* Collection of data and information
* Door-to-door IEC (Information, Education, Communication) outreach
* Execution of field-level surveys
* Occupational survey and process mapping of waste workers
* Training sessions for RWA housekeeping staff
* Installation of aerobic bins
* Monitoring feeding practices and maintenance processes
* Resolving ground-level operational challenges

Education and Experience:
* Any Degree or related 6 months to 1 year field experience.
* Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
* Self - motivated, disciplined, organized, proactive and Energetic
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Good interpersonal skills
* Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi/English.
