FARM SUPERVISOR – 01 POSITION
Employment: Full-Time
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; candidates with experience or training in Agriculture, Natural Farming or related fields will be preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in farm operations, agriculture, bio-input production, biomass management or rural-based activities.
Language Skills: Proficiency in regional languages of South Rajasthan, including Mewari, Rajasthani and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the farm and Bio-Input Resource Centre (IBRC).
• Coordinate biomass collection, handling, storage and availability.
• Supervise workers and ensure timely completion of farm and production activities.
• Support production of PROM, LFOM and other bio-inputs as per approved protocols.
• Maintain records of raw materials, production, labour, inventory and dispatch.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm, machinery and BRC facilities.
• Support quality control, packaging, storage and dispatch of bio-inputs.
• Coordinate farmer demonstrations and adoption of IBRC bio-inputs.
• Support FPO activities and community-level biomass procurement.
