One of the reputed organizations in Uttar Pradesh working on Public Health and Environmental issues seeking full-time position of Regional Coordinator at Lucknow based office.
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Regional Manager with excellent communication skills, capacity building, writing skills and networking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the effective implementation of project activities and ensure achievement of project objectives.
• Develop and implement capacity-building plans for government officials, key stakeholders, and frontline health workers, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution.
• Establish and maintain coordination with the Health Department and key stakeholders, including STCC, State NTEP Cell, NMHP, NCDP, AIIMS, medical and dental colleges, IMA, and IDA.
• Support government departments, particularly the Health Department, at the state, divisional, district, and block levels through regular reviews, technical assistance, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of IEC materials, training modules, guidelines, protocols, and other technical resources aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with government officials and stakeholders at state, district, and block levels to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Provide technical and operational support to senior management and the Regional Manager, as required, to advance project goals.
• Collaborate with the team lead and project team on strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, and other activities contributing to project objectives.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and project documentation, ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of studies, surveys, assessments, and other research activities, including data compilation, analysis, report preparation, and dissemination of findings.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with government institutions, development partners, professional bodies, and other key stakeholders to strengthen project outcomes.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery (BDS), Masters in Public Health, or equivalent from reputed institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in Public Health with Government or other Institutions/organizations.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise reports, summaries, proposals, and project documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms, including social media.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to effectively use internet-based tools and applications.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Zoom, Mailchimp, Photoshop, and other digital tools for communication, coordination, and content development.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government departments, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 12–15 days per month for project implementation, monitoring, meetings, and field activities.
Remuneration
INR 6.0 lakh per annum.
