About the Role
We are looking for a Consultant Finance Coordinator – Budget Monitoring to support project budgeting, monitor financial utilization and ensure smooth finance processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor project budgets against actual expenses and utilization.
• Review and authorize payment vouchers and Tally entries.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Support funder audits, financial documentation and compliance.
• Manage cost-code mapping, salary/consultant allocations and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program and Domain teams.
• Support financial reporting and donor requirements.

Profile
• Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Commerce/Financial Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting, budgeting, reconciliation and financial compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector is desirable.
