Job Title: Community Mobiliser

Job Purpose
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for facilitating community participation, mobilizing rural communities, supporting field-level project activities, and strengthening community institutions to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Mobilize and engage rural communities, farmers, women and other community groups.
• Facilitate community meetings, awareness activities and group discussions.
• Support implementation of project activities at the village and community level.
• Facilitate formation and strengthening of community institutions and groups.
• Support training, capacity-building and exposure activities.
• Coordinate with field staff, community leaders and local stakeholders.
• Maintain field records, attendance, photographs and activity documentation.
• Prepare regular field updates and reports.
• Support project monitoring and achievement of field-level targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology or any relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in community mobilization, rural development or field-based projects will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work directly with rural communities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project villages.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
Compensation
• Salary will be based on relevant experience, qualification and organizational norms.
