Job Description – Field Officer
Position: Field Officer (Extensive travel in urban & rural areas)
Location: SAMBHAJI NAGAR
Salary - 30,000
Reporting To: Cluster Head
Team Size: Individual Contributor
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/MSW or candidates with a background in Rural Development, Social Work, CSR, Banking, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
Preference & Age
• No gender preference.
• Preferred age: 22–30 years.
Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance, Microfinance, Skill Development, CSR, NGO, Entrepreneurship Development, or SME sectors.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Regional language proficiency.
• MS Office & Google Workspace proficiency.
• Presentation, documentation and reporting skills.
• Data orientation and target focus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional ethics and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Entrepreneur Development
• Identify and counsel entrepreneurs.
• Organize workshops and entrepreneurship programmes.
• Collect and verify documents.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• Coordinate financial documentation and CIBIL process.
• Prepare proposal summaries and maintain documentation.
Mentoring & Stakeholder Management
• Identify, recruit and orient mentors.
• Allocate mentors and monitor relationships.
• Organize mentor meetings and events.
• Coordinate with Rotary, Lions, business associations, banks and other stakeholders.
Loan & Financial Coordination
• Coordinate loan processing.
• Facilitate internal selection panels.
• Follow up with banks for approvals/disbursement.
• Monitor repayments, SSC collections, defaults and NPAs.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain entrepreneur and mentor databases.
• Prepare MIS reports.
• Document case studies and meeting minutes.
• Support award nominations.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Cluster Head or Management.
