Job Description
|
Position Summary
IPE Global Limited invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Senior Cash Transfer Analyst to support the strengthening and implementation of the Cash Transfer Scheme.
The position will provide programmatic, analytical, and coordination support to improve the implementation, monitoring, and governance of the schemes. The Analyst will work closely with the national team, technical partners, project state teams, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Monitoring & Implementation Support
- Support the national team in monitoring the implementation of the Scheme across various states. Track programme performance, enrolment, approvals, benefit disbursement, pendency and key implementation indicators.
- Support development and revision of implementation strategies, SOPs, advisories, operational tools and review formats. Support development and revision of implementation strategies, SOPs, advisories, operational tools and review formats.
- Identify implementation bottlenecks and support coordination with the national and the state teams.
2. Data Management & Analysis
- Compile, clean and analyse programme data and other relevant datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify coverage gaps, operational issues and high-priority geographies.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations and analytical summaries for reviews and decision-making.
- Support periodic data validation and quality improvement exercises.
3. Government Engagement & Programme Strengthening
- Coordinate with various Government stakeholders and other partners on programme implementation issues.
- Support national review meetings, consultations, workshops and capacity-building initiatives.
- Follow up on action points emerging from reviews and ensure timely reporting by teams.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports, briefing notes and presentations.
- Document implementation challenges, best practices, innovations and success stories from the project states.
- Support preparation of policy notes, concept notes and technical documents.
5. Capacity Building & Technical Assistance
- Support development of training materials, user guides and communication resources related to various Cash Transfer Schemes.
- Provide technical support to project states on scheme processes , MIS functionality and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with technical team to address system-related issues and improve user adoption.
As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the Cash Transfer Analyst may be required to undertake other duties as determined by the Cash Transfer Expert that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.

Qualification & Experience
|
Essential
- Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Management, Statistics or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience supporting Government of India programmes, preferably in DBT, social protection, health or nutrition.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and presentation development; familiarity with MIS data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working on national cash transfer schemes or social protection programmes.
- Knowledge of DBT, PFMS and government programme implementation processes.
